TENNIS
Tennis has always been the sport par excellence associated with the well-off classes. Being a sport that avoided contact, unlike rugby or football, it even allowed women to play it at the end of the 19th century.
Many of its objects are more associated with documents of society, of savoir-vivre and of a business environment, a role that today we associate more with golf, which seems to have won the day by not only avoiding contact, but also by avoiding sweat.
