In January 1902, the publishing house Salvat brought out the monthly magazine HOJAS SELECTAS (1902-1921) with the subtitle ‘Magazine for everyone’. It had a hundred pages and as many illustrations including photographs and drawings of great aesthetic quality. Two of its sections are ‘Panorama universal’ and ‘Gaceta de la mujer’.
