We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from EL RETROVISOR. We certify that our items are original antiques.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The items available at EL RETROVISOR are antiques and collector's pieces with a minimum age of 20 years, each unique in its state of conservation. Given the nature of these items, and as stated in their descriptions or purchase orders, buyers must be aware that these pieces are intended for exhibition or decoration, not for daily use.
All items are sold "as is." Their condition can vary significantly due to age, previous damage, restoration, repair and wear and tear. They are rarely in perfect condition, and each item is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale. Descriptions and photographs may not fully capture the item's condition. Colours and shades may appear different on screen than in person. If an item's condition is not explicitly mentioned, it does not mean that the item is new or in like-new condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request, review and consider any condition reports before purchase.
Notwithstanding the above, customers have a period of 7 days to file a complaint if they find that the item significantly differs from its description.
We also accept returns if the product arrives damaged. To substantiate these damages, please follow these steps:

Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any visible damages directly to the carrier before signing for the delivery. Ensure the damage is noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the carrier. Take photographs of any visible damages to document potential issues.

Delivered goods must be checked for potential delivery damages within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims must be reported within this 48-hour timeframe. We reserve the right to deny claims submitted beyond this limit.
If you receive a damaged item for any reason unrelated to delivery, please keep it unassembled in its original packaging. You may return your purchase in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. EL RETROVISOR reserves the right to refuse returned items that are not in their original condition due to (but not limited to) the following reasons: improper packaging, missing components, visible damages caused by the customer or incorrect packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning an item to our warehouses.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@elretrovisor.barcelona. Be sure to take pictures of the damaged item, its packaging and the shipping label to report the damage. Include these images in your email along with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please retain all packaging and product(s) while we review your claim.
If your order is returned to our warehouses due to failed delivery attempts, you may request a refund minus accumulated shipping costs, or we can re-ship the order once re-shipment costs have been paid.
