Exceptional original vintage advertising poster announcing the historic international match played at the Sarrià Stadium on Sunday, June 3rd, 1956. This outstanding graphic document highlights the prestigious clash between the blue-and-white Catalan squad and the legendary Brazilian powerhouse C.R. Vasco da Gama from Rio de Janeiro, featuring a preliminary match for local amateur teams (Preliminar de Aficionados) earlier in the afternoon.

A masterful example of mid-century Spanish sports illustration, the poster features a powerful central figure of an Espanyol player mid-kick, capturing the energy and movement of the game. Signed by the renowned artist Cros, the design is dominated by the striking contrast of the iconic blue-and-white stripes against a vibrant, sun-drenched yellow background. It carries the unmistakable artistic quality of the historic Imprenta Litográfica Ortega from Valencia (stamped "Ortega 1024").

A premium collector's item and an irreplaceable artifact of Barcelona's golden era of international club friendlies, making it an ideal acquisition for dedicated Pericos fans and collectors of classic lithographic advertising.
