Original vintage advertising poster printed by "Gutenberg" in Barcelona, announcing the historic international tournament held during Easter 1953 at the Sarrià Stadium to commemorate the club's 50th Anniversary (Bodas de Oro). This exceptional graphic document details the clashes of the blue-and-white first team against the prominent Swedish first-division clubs Djurgårdens IF (on Sunday, March 31st) and A.I.K. Solna (on Monday, April 1st).

A visually striking piece, it features a graphic singularity that is highly unusual for its time. Moving away from traditional sports illustrations, the poster relies entirely on a modern, powerful typographic composition. The bold combination of sleek block lettering and elongated condensed fonts showcases a remarkably forward-thinking, geometric aesthetic for the early 1950s.

A magnificent collector's item and a key piece of local football heritage, ideal for Espanyol supporters and lovers of mid-century graphic design. It stands out for its vibrant two-tone palette of bright red and deep blue on a light background.
